ROAST, GRIND & POUR!

Kyoto Cold Brew, which is also referred to as slow-drip or Kyoto-Style coffee. It’s a coffee brewing style that was made popular in Kyoto, Japan.

Kyoto-style slow-drip coffee is made by letting water drop by drop, drip over coffee grounds. The Japanese iced-coffee method is unlike the commercial full-immersion brew method as the water is slowly dripped into the coffee grounds and then exits. The differences in the brewing methods result in two different taste profiles. The most important reason to opt for Kyoto over regular/commercial cold brew coffee is taste. Kyoto tends to be more complex and has a fuller body than fully submerged cold brew coffees.
