While our address officially places us in Brea, we’re proudly situated in the beloved region known as Carbon Canyon. Specifically, we call the charming village of Olinda home – a hidden gem nestled amidst the chaparral-covered wilderness of Chino Hills State Park. To reach this haven, embark on an eastward journey on Lambert, venturing past oil fields and contemporary homes until the lanes transform into Carbon Canyon Road. This curvy two-lane shortcut to Chino Hills stretches for 8 miles, guiding you through steep canyons and narrow passes, with the possibility of spotting a coyote or two along the way.

Approximately a third into this backcountry adventure, a mobile-home park will catch your eye. Take the next left, and if you find yourself in a parking lot surrounded by the distinct hum of a Classic Chevys, Beautiful Porsches, Exotic Lamborghinis and Killer Harley-Davidsons, you’ve discovered Carbon Canyon Coffee – a rendezvous point for auto enthusiasts, bikers, and hikers. More than a pit stop, we’re essentially a roadhouse/cafe that marries the love of coffee with a passion for motorsports and the great outdoors.
